Overview
Francesco Tonini holds a master of science’s degree in Energy Engineering from Politecnico di Milano University.
He implemented his studies with a Phd as researcher in Energy and Nuclear Science and Technology, and work experience as a researcher and teaching assistance in Politecnico di Milano University, Department of Energy.
Actually, he is going to complete a Phd, also supported by Enel Foundation grant, about “Ex-ante economic and environmental impact assessment of electricity planning scenarios in developing countries”. The research aims to conceptualize and to develop an impact evaluation tool able to capture the comprehensive economic and environmental impact of electrification pathways in a Life Cycle Analysis perspective.
