Paulo Maisonnave

Overview

Born in Rio de Janeiro in 1976, Paulo Maisonnave graduated in electrical engineering in 1999. He holds a MSc in Organizations from the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, a MBA in Energy Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, a Master in Business Administration at Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and a Diploma in Energy Regulation from the Florence School of Regulation.

He started his career at Endesa Brazil in 1999 as an intern of Technical Support. As an engineer at Enel he worked with Transmission and Generation Projects in Brazil being covering electrical support, operational efficiency and research and development. He has covered several managerial positions including Head of Endesa Technical Services and Head of Operation Performance Optimization Brazil Gx Enel. He is currently in charge of R&D of Enel Brazil managing a 10 million Euro portfolio of innovative projects with Universities, R&D Centers, Startups and Companies.

Paulo's Fellowship research is based on: the implementation of a tool to identify the creation of Shared Value by initiatives planned by Enel on E-mobility in Brazil. The aim is to produce proposals, lessons learned, and framework to participate in a sustainable and innovative way in a new market that is being created in Brazil.
