Overview
Born in Bari in 1972, Stefania graduated in Work and Organizational Psychology from University of Rome “La Sapienza”, she specialized in construtivist post-rationalist cognitive Psycotherapy, certified coach (ICF) Escuela Europea de Coaching, and is a registered psychologist and psychotherapist.
She started her professional career as a work psychologist, specialized in recruiting, training and development, in Human Resources departments of trading, airports and telecommunications companies.
Stefania has been working for Enel since 2006, respectively in the HR department, Planning, Organization & Development Team, Human Resources Business Partner and People Engagement Programs Team in the Italian Market Division. She is a member of Enel Global Coach Community and Macro @Work Caring Program (management of chronic disease in the workplace).
Her interests are in a range of subjects: social and organizational psychology, individual and organizational development tools and methodologies, wellbeing policies and practices, psychotherapy and clinical psychology, coaching psychology, and health coaching.
She has also co-authored papers on political psychology and HR evaluation projects.
