Cristiana Lisi

Overview

Cristiana Lisi holds a Master’s Degree cum laude in Law and has honed her skills at the Postgraduate School for Legal Professions at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.

Beginning her career in 2011 as a legal intern at R.C.I. Banque S.A., she supported activities related to judicial recovery and insolvency proceedings. Following this, she engaged in legal practice and pursued an internship at the Civil Sections of the Supreme Court of Cassation.

Venturing into the private sector, Cristiana seized opportunities to enrich her legal acumen. Subsequently, in 2015, she began an internship at Nissan Italia S.r.l., leveraging her prior experience to delve into the legal intricacies of the automotive industry.

In September of the same year, Cristiana embarked on a new chapter by joining the Enel Group at Enel Global Trading S.p.a. as a dedicated Trading Compliance Analyst. Here, she conducted meticulous analyses of the national and international regulatory frameworks within the energy trading industry, identifying potential impacts and regulatory risks to the business.

Her journey within the Enel Group continued in April 2021, as she assumed the role of Senior Policy and Regulatory Analyst at Enel Green Power S.p.a., working with RES4Africa Foundation. Here, she directed her focus towards the African regulatory framework, aiming to promote private-led investments and foster energy transition for socio-economic development.

In 2021 and 2022, Cristiana furthered her expertise by securing a scholarship in Smart Grids from the Politecnico di Torino. Continuing her commitment to the energy sector, in September 2023, she embarked on a new role as senior researcher at Enel Foundation.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Cristiana stands as a fervent renewable energy advocate, championing a sustainable energy transition that leaves no one behind. She cherishes moments spent with her family and two daughters, nurturing her passions for travel, sports, and personal growth.
